COVID PROCEDURES

Booking Process :

During the booking process we will ask all clients to provide a valid cell phone number for Contactless Virtual Check-in and Text message appointment information.

Face Mask & Face shields :

Masks should be the type that loop behind your ears and not behind your head. Please refrain from bringing valuable masks which might be stained. We will not be responsible for damaged or stained masks. As a courtesy, we will be providing disposal masks.

Upon Arrival :

We ask you to wait in your car or in the lobby until we notify you to enter the studio. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment and only enter once we contacted you. For safety measures, our waiting areas will not be available. Help us run our day efficiently by being on time. Late clients may not be able to be serviced.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy :

Each appointment is very valuable to all of us. We understand you may need to cancel your appointment. The sooner you let us know the better.
For new clients, a request is made to PLEASE arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to go over paperwork and consultation. I require a 48-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A $125 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL FACIALS and a $200 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required for all FACIAL INFUSIONS/MICRONEEDLING/PACKAGES - for existing and new clients to hold your appointment, and the remaining balance will be paid in full at the first session, which includes the follow-up session. If you cancel your appointment within the 48-hour window, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded, and to reschedule, an additional $150 deposit must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

Late Policy :

Please understand, if you are 15 minutes late past your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW, and additional appointments will not be booked until the $150 deposit and rescheduling fee is paid. I’m booked back to back all day, and unfortunately, my schedule does not allow me to take clients much later than the scheduled time, especially first time clients. Please be courteous and respectful of my time, and my fellow clients. If you miss 1-2 out of your 3 FACIAL INFUSIONS/MICRONEEDLING/PACKAGES and DO NOT GIVE a 48-hour NOTICE or A NO SHOW prior to your scheduled time IT IS A NON REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ANY FACIAL TREATMENTS as well. NOTE: Your deposit will be applied to the cost of your service. When booking with me you are agreeing to these terms and policies. If you are a new client, or you are receiving a new service, please make sure your waivers are signed and sent back to me at least 24 hours before your appointment. Thanks. 

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Here's Our Safety Practices :

✔ All staff will have their temperature checked before entering the studio with a non-contact thermometer and encouraged not to come to work if they are sick or have been in known contact with anyone who is ill.
✔ All chairs, rooms, beds, and tools will be disinfected before and after each client. We will also be following strict new disinfecting guidelines throughout our studio and regularly cleaning all high-touch areas.
✔  Maison Belle Aesthetics & Wellness is now Barbicide certified. This program is designed to make sure all sanitation and disinfection procedures are observed.
✔ Hand Sanitizer will be available at each room, front desk, and in various places throughout the studio for staff and clients to use.
✔ Staff is required to wear face masks while in our studio and while servicing clients. They will also be washing their hands before and after each client.
✔ All Services will be by appointment only. No walk-ins.
✔ We're limiting the number of people in the studio at one time and have social distancing cues throughout for you to reference.
✔ While we've all missed you during this time, we ask that we all maintain a no-contact zone during this time.

For Your Safety and Ours, We will be asking the following :

Feeling Unwell :
If you have a fever, chills, cough, muscle pains, headache, loss of taste or smell, or otherwise think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please cancel your appointment with us.
Temperature Checks: We will be performing temperature checks on all clients entering our studio with a non-contact digital infrared thermometer. Clients with a temperature will be asked to cancel their appointment and reschedule for a later date.
Hand Sanitizer: We will require all clients to use hand sanitizer upon entering our studio.
Face Masks: All clients will be required to wear a mask before and after treatment while in our studio. All face masks must be worn as intended and not partially or removed or adjusted.
Virtual Check-in: We have a new Text Check-in process to maintain social distancing, so please be on the lookout for our emails and text messages with instructions on what to do and when. Included in this will be our Covid-19 waiver.
Solo Appointments: Please arrive for your appointment alone and 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment and only enter once we contacted you.
Disabilities / Health Conditions: If you have a disability or health condition and have concerns about your ability to comply with any of the above requirements, please let us know when booking your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
